Bernd Elberskirch, Managing Director of Sterling Force, offers a wealth of strategic and operational executive leadership experience, gained over more than two decades in senior roles at major international organisations. With a background encompassing the automotive and mobility sectors, telecommunications, information technology, mechanical engineering and the service sector, he has held key leadership positions at globally recognised companies including Stellantis, Groupe PSA, Opel, and General Motors. Throughout his career, he has consistently initiated/implemented strategic transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Trier and has completed executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and London Business School, with a focus on agile leadership and artificial intelligence. With his dynamic leadership style, extensive global experience, and comprehensive strategic and operational expertise, combined with in-depth industry knowledge, he drives the mission of Sterling Force with a clear and consistent focus on delivering sustainable growth and long-term client success.
